ADHD in Women: 15 Symptoms That Often Get Overlooked

ADHD in women doesn't always look like the stereotypical image of hyperactivity. For many women, ADHD can show up as chronic forgetfulness, difficulty getting started, feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, emotional dysregulation, or working incredibly hard to appear organized and capable.
